AuditX is built and operated by Zedox Development, a small independent software studio. The tool, the crawler and the scoring are all our own work.
Before you write
- Scan failed or timed out. Try once more first. Sites that block automated browsers, or that take longer than ninety seconds to respond, will not complete.
- A score looks wrong. Send the URL and the check id. Every check states the number it measured, so we can reproduce it.
- You paid and have no report. Send the address you scanned. Payment and report delivery are separate steps on our side precisely so a failure in one cannot lose the other, and this is the one case where a refund is straightforward if we cannot fix it.
About refunds
The report is digital content delivered the instant you pay, and you see the free scan before you buy, so we run a strict refund policy: we refund only where the fault is ours, such as a double charge or a report that never worked. Disagreeing with a finding is not grounds for a refund, though if you think a check is wrong we genuinely want to know, because a check that cries wolf is a bug we fix.
